Body-Based Approach

"The body holds the wisdom. We just learn to listen."

About Abby Blue

I am a facilitator and experience designer focused on helping people reconnect with their bodies through breathwork, sound, and somatic practices.

My work centers on nervous system regulation: supporting people in releasing stored tension, processing what’s present, and returning to a more grounded, balanced state.

Rather than pushing for change, I guide experiences that help you learn how to listen: to your body, your patterns, and your internal signals.

I offer sessions and events that blend breath, sound, and movement to support regulation, emotional processing, and integration. Each experience is designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re looking to slow down, release, or reconnect.

Beyond individual offerings, I collaborate with retreats, festivals, studios, and facilitators to create well-structured, embodied experiences for groups.

My focus is simple: creating spaces that feel grounded, intentional, and supportive... where people can step out of their heads and back into their bodies.

Where We're Headed

As Abby Blue continues to grow, the vision extends beyond individual events into something more rooted and lasting.

I’m building Polarity—a physical space in Budapest designed to support nervous system regulation, recovery, and embodied practices.

It’s envisioned as a place where people can move between modalities in a natural, integrated way: working with the body through contrast therapy (hot/cold), breathwork, sound, movement, and many other restorative practices.

Polarity will be both a personal and shared space:
A place to slow down, reset, and reconnect, while also serving as a collaborative environment for facilitators, practitioners, and community-led experiences.

Alongside contrast therapy and recovery-focused offerings, the space will include sessions, workshops, and events designed to support regulation, expression, and integration.

More than anything, the intention is to create a space that feels grounded, well-designed, and supportive. Where people can step out of the noise, return to their bodies, and build a more consistent relationship with their own regulation and wellbeing.

How I Hold Space

My approach is rooted in presence, awareness, and working with the body. Each session follows a simple arc designed to support regulation, release, and integration. Every journey I facilitate is built on four core principles:

Grounding the Body
We begin by arriving into the body, creating a sense of safety, allowing the nervous system to slow down and regulate.

Opening the Channels
Using breath, sound, and movement, we begin to release tension and bring awareness to what the body is holding.

Processing & Release
As the body softens, there’s space to process emotions, patterns, and stored tension without forcing or overriding the system.

IntegrationWe close by grounding and integrating the experience, helping the body stabilize and carry that regulation back into daily life.

The intention is simple: to support you in feeling more regulated, present, and connected to your body.

A Community Built Through Shared Experience

At the core of Abby Blue is the intention to create spaces where people can come together through shared, embodied experiences.

In these spaces:

‍✨
people feel safe to slow down and be themselves
‍✨ connection happens naturally through shared experience
‍✨ facilitators and practitioners support one another
‍✨ learning is lived, not just talked about
‍✨ people from different backgrounds feel welcome

Abby Blue is not just about individual sessions, it’s about creating environments where people can reconnect with themselves while also connecting with others in a real, grounded way.

As this grows into Polarity, the vision expands into a physical space where this kind of community can exist more consistently—through workshops, events, and collaborative offerings in Budapest and beyond.

Background & Training

My work is grounded in breathwork, movement, somatic practices, and sound-based modalities, with a focus on nervous system regulation and embodied awareness.

I began formally studying and practicing this work in 2023 while living in Croatia, and am now based in Budapest, where I facilitate events, collaborate with practitioners, studios, and communities, and am in the process of building Polarity: Contrast Therapy & Wellness Studio.
